TruSage Mobile LLC provides a multi-faceted program to help individuals directly with a broad range of personal fulfillment needs. “Members” are individuals who pay the appropriate registration fees on KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM and gain access to products designed to assist you in the self-improvement process. You do not need to become a Member to visit the main areas of the Site, but if you do not register, you will not be able to use certain features or resources on the Site. Only registered Members are able to access all the pages, services, and products available at KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM.
If you choose to register and purchase the Trusage Interactive calling program, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself and to update and maintain your personal information to keep it current. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms of Use, if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or TruSage has reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, TruSage reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to you any and all current or future use of KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM. All registered Members of KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM will have a personal account that includes a username and password. You are solely responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your personal account. If any unauthorized use of your account occurs, you must contact KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM immediately.

3.No Unlawful or Prohibited Use.

You also understand that the License Grant of Section 7 below applies to your use of all KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM forums.

5.Payments.
When you register as a Member of KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM or purchase products or services from the Site, we may request your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and certain billing information. This information allows us to verify the authenticity of users and to respond to billing questions. Credit card, debit card, or other account information will be collected by or submitted to a third party operational service provider to conduct the financial transaction in a secured manner; the third party service provider will be solely responsible for all financial transactions and the collection, use, and storage of your personal financial information.

6.Advertisers.
Third party advertisers (“Advertisers”) may present statements, messages, offers, advice, or promotional materials on or through KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM. We do not control or endorse any Advertisers. 7.License Grant.
You grant TruSage a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, modify, display, archive, store, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works from all content provided to KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM, in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you authorize TruSage to include the content you provide in a searchable format that may be accessed by guests of KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM and other websites and search engines. You further grant TruSage permission to use any information, suggestions, ideas, drawings or concepts communicated for any purpose, commercial, public or otherwise, without the need for compensation of any sort to you. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE EXCLUSIVE CONTROL AND DEFENSE OF ANY SUCH CLAIM SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, IN WHICH EVENT YOU WILL COOPERATE FULLY WITH KEEPITOFFFORLIFE.COM IN ASSERTING ANY AVAILABLE DEFENSES.

13. No Waiver.
